Dr. Daniel Fleck, PT, DPT, OCS

Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, Daniel Fleck is an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist earned from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is passionate about sport-specific and functional fitness, employing an evidence-based therapeutic approach utilizing various techniques to ensure excellent patient care.

He understands injury prevention and recovery from a medical perspective as well as an athlete’s. While in college, he played baseball, and was awarded the Academics All-Region Award for excellence in academics while participating in athletics. Currently, he is an enthusiastic golfer and USGA member. Pursuant of a sub-specialty in running, he has attended many continuing education symposiums on gait analysis and biomechanics. Richard Sarmiento, RPT

Registered Physical Therapist Richard Sarmiento has extensive knowledge and experience with multiple rehabilitation methods. He is a consummate professional dedicated to helping you overcome any obstacle that stands in your way.

An avid cyclist (USA Cycling team member) and triathlete (USAT member), Richard specializes in multi-sport athletes (runners, swimmers, cyclists) suffering from chronic conditions, as well as work-related injuries. His credentials include:

Jillian Proniewych, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Jillian Proniewych, Doctor of Physical Therapy, is an expert in manual therapy who has worked with the Broadway casts of Fiddler on the Roof and American Psycho, as well as the hit series Quantico on ABC.
As a former collegiate track and field athlete, she specializes in sports injuries with a focus in manual therapy, vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality of care; She achieves this by the restoration of high functional movement and sound biomechanics, patient advocacy, and quelling pain.
In addition to practicing physical therapy, Doctor Proniewych has been a teaching assistant in Stony Brook’s Doctorate program and has volunteered hours to Stay Fit – Play Fit!, a fitness program for children battling cancer.
She prides herself on being a lifelong learner and enjoys taking continuing education courses from the Institute of Physical Art, various sports medicine symposiums, and the American Physical Therapy Association.
