Stephen Proniewych, EP-C
Stephen Proniewych is a certified exercise physiologist (EP-C) through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He strives to push people within their limits and beyond through functional exercise; including strength training, plyometrics, agility, interval training, posture correction, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
He participated in the National College of Lacrosse League (NCLL) and led them to a national championship in 2010. At Salisbury University, he earned his BS in exercise science while also volunteering hours at a physical therapy clinic and personal training facility. He has been working in the physical therapy and personal training field since 2010, specializing in sports injuries and strength and conditioning, ranging from top level athletes to everyday people.

Eugene Dalid, CSCS, CPT, USA-W, CF1
Eugene is a strength and conditioning coach with a passion for movement. An extensive background in sport performance and Olympic Weightlifting has allowed Eugene to work with top flight athletes all over the world.
Combining principles of gymnastics, weightlifting, and martial arts, Eugene uses a wide range of modalities to generate results safely and effectively for patients.
Eugene practices what he preaches in regard to promoting health and movement. An avid salsero and martial artist, he is ranked in Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He motivates patients to stay fit and active.
